I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 369, DE 2006

Approves the act that outorship grant to RADIO BRITTO LTDA. to explore medium wave sound broadcasting service in the city of Anicuns, State of Goiás.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The act referred to in Decree s / # of December 8, 2003, which outorship concession to Radio Britto Ltda, is hereby approved. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Anicuns, State of Goiás.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
