I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 86, DE 2004

Approves the act authorising the Community Environment Defense Association-ASCODEMA to run community broadcasting service in the city of Serra Negra, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 453 of March 22, 2002 authorising the Community Environment Protection Association-ASCODEMA to execute, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Serra Negra, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
