DECREE NO 6,966, DE September 29, 2009.

Disposes on the remanding of office in Superior Group's Committee-Direction and Superior-DAS and amend Annex II to the Decree No 6,320 of December 20, 2007 approving the Regimental Framework and the Demonstrative Framework of the Cargos in commission and of the Ministry Gratified Functions of Education

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments conferring you the art. 84, incisos IV and VI, paragraph "a", of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of the art. 50 of Law No 10,683 of May 28, 2003,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Stay remanded, in the form of Annex I to this Decree, of the Management Registry, of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management for the Ministry of Education, a post in committee of the Grupo-Direction and Higher Education Superior-DAS 102.2.

Art. 2nd In consequence of the provisions of art. 1st, Annex II to the Decree No 6,320 of December 20, 2007, passes in the form of Annex II to this Decree.

Art. 3rd This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.

Art. 4th Stay revoked the Decree no 6,920, August 3, 2009.
