I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 110, DE 2010

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LAURENTINO to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Laurentino, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 523 of August 29, 2008, which outored authorization to the Community Association for the Development of Laurentino to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Laurentino, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
