I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 540, DE 2010

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the ASSOCIATION OF THE CULTURAL, ARTISTIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT?COMMUNITY? to run community broadcasting service in the city of Suzanópolis, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 679 of October 14, 2008, which outored authorization to the Association of Cultural, Artistic and Social Development?Community? to run, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Suzanópolis, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
