DECREE N °8,287, DE July 16, 2014

Promulga the Framework Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of India on Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of the Foreign Space, struck in New Delhi on January 25, 2004.

THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and considering that the Framework Agreement was reached between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of India on Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of Foreign Space, in New Delhi, in January 25, 2004 ;

Considering that the National Congress has approved the Framework Agreement by means of the Legislative Decree n ° 256, of September 18, 2008 ; and

Considering that the Framework Agreement has entered into force for the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the plan external legal, on October 22, 2008, pursuant to paragraph 1 of its Article 14 ;

DECRETA:

Art. 1 ° It is promulgated the Framework Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of India on Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of the Foreign Space, struck in New Delhi on January 25, 2004, annexed to this Decree.

Single Paragraph. The Framework Agreement to which the caput refers will be executed and complied fully in its terms.

Art. 2 ° Are subject to approval by the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the Framework Agreement and complementary adjustments that entail charges or commitments to the national heritage, pursuant to the inciso I of the art caput . 49 of the Constitution

Art. 3 ° This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
