I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 137, DE 2002

Approves the act renewing the grant of RADIO BROADCASTER RURAL RADIO STATION LTTARTHE LTDA. to explore medium wave sound broadcasting service in the city of Santarém, State of Pará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, of December 21, 2000, which renews the grant of the Santarém Rural Education Station Radio Ltda., from 1º November 1993, to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, medium wave sound broadcasting service in the city of Santarém, State of Pará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
