I do know that the NATIONAL CONGRESS has approved, and I, Antonio Carlos Magalhães, CHAIRMAN OF THE FEDERAL Senate, in the terms of Art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE No. 208, DE 2000

Approves the act that renews the concession of?Radio Culture of Assisi Ltda.? to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Assisi, State of São Paulo.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

Decreta:

Art. 1. It is hereby approved the act referred to in Decree s / n, August 27, 1998, which renews for ten years ; as of 1 May 1994, the grant of?Radio Culture of Assisi Ltda.? to explore, without a right of exclusivity, radio service broadcasting in medium wave in the city of Assisi, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2. This Legislative Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
