DECREE OF October 5, 2011

Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget, in Ministries of Mines and Energy, Transport, Environment, National Integration and Cities, supplemental credit in the global value of R$ 43,116,858.00, for reinforcement of appropriations in the current Budget Law.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of CHAIRMAN OF THE REPUBLIC, using the assignment that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the authorizations contained in art. 4º, incisos I, paragraph "a", and II, and § 1º, of Law No. 12,381 of February 9, 2011, and § § 1º of the art. 55 of Law No. 12,309 of August 9, 2010,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º It is open to the Union Tax Budget (Law No. 12,381 of February 9, 2011), in favor of the Ministries of Mines and Energy, Transport, Environment, National Integration and Cities, supplemental credit in the global value of R$ 43,116,858.00 (forty-three million, one hundred and sixteen thousand, eight hundred and fifty-eight real ones), to meet the constant programming of Annex I to this Decree.

Art. 2º The resources required for the opening of the credit that it treats art. 1º is derived from partial cancellation of budget appropriations, as indicated in Annex II to this Decree.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
