I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 233, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION and CULTURAL de kaloré to run community broadcasting service in the city of Kaloré, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 397 of July 24, 2007, which outorga authorization to the Community and Cultural Association of Kaloré to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Kaloré, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
