I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 615, DE 2003

Approves the act that outorship concession to RADIO GOOD JESUS LTDA. to explore medium wave sound-broadcasting service in the city of Camocim, State of Ceará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / # of April 3, 2002, which outorship concession to Radio Good Jesus Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Camocim, State of Ceará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
