PROVISIONAL MEASURE # 1.967-14, OF November 23, 2000.

Authorizes the Executive Power to open up to the Union Social Security Budget, in favor of the Ministry of National Integration, extraordinary credit worth R$ 240,000,000.00, for the purposes it specifies.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 62, combined with § 3º of the art. 167, of the Constitution, adopts the following Interim Measure, with force of law:

Art. 1º It is the Executive Power authorized to open the Union's Social Security Budget (Law No. 9,789 of February 23, 1999), in favor of the Ministry of National Integration, extraordinary credit worth R$ 240,000,000.00 (two hundred and forty million reais), to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Provisional Measure.

Art. 2º The resources necessary for the implementation of the provisions of the preceding Article shall be due to excess of the contribution of Contribution to Financing of Social Security-COFINS.

Art. 3º In the course of the provisions of the arts. 1º and 2º, the revenue of the Superintendence of the Development of North-SUDENE, in accordance with Annex II of this Provisional Measure, shall be amended.

Art. 4º Stay convalidated the acts practiced on the basis of the Provisional Measure No. 1.967-13 of October 24, 2000.

Art. 5º This Provisional Measure shall come into force on the date of its publication.
