I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 477, DE 2001

Approves the act that authorizes MEMBERSHIP?NEW ALLIANCE: PATH, TRUTH AND LIFE? to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Regente Feijó, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 87 of March 21, 2000, which authorizes the Association?New Alliance: Path, Truth and Life? to perform, for three years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Regente Feijó, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
