I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 636, DE 2004

Approves the act that renews the concession of RADIO CLUB DE MARNITURE LTDA. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Marniture, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / # of October 13, 2000, which renews, from 1º November 1993, the concession of Radio Club of Marniture Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Marniture, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
