I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO303, DE 2011 (*)

Approves the text of the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Angola in the Domain of Tourism, concluded in Luanda on April 17, 2009.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The text of the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Angola in the Domain of Tourism concluded in Luanda on April 17, 2009 shall be approved.

Single Paragraph. They shall be subject to the approval of the National Congress any acts that may result in revision of the said Agreement, as well as any further adjustments which, pursuant to the inciso I of the art. 49 of the Federal Constitution, carries charges or written commitments to national heritage.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
