DECREE OF December 2, 2013

Declares official mourning for the demise of the Governor of the State of Sergipe Marcelo Déda Chagas.

THE CHAIRWOMAN OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confers him on art. 84, caput, incisos IV and VI, paragraph "a", of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of the art. 18, caput, inciso I, of the Law No 5,700, from 1st September 1971,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º It is declared official mourning in every Country, for the period of three days, counted from the date of editing of this Decree, in a sign of regret for the passing of the Governor of the State of Sergipe Marcelo Déda Chagas.

Art. 2º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
