I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 701, DE 2005

Aproof the act that renews permission outored to the LTDA atalaia television. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Aracaju, State of Sergipe.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 187 of April 17, 2001, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of March 19, 1995, the permission given to Television Atalaia Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service at a modulated frequency in the city of Aracaju, State of Sergipe.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
