Homologation the administrative demarcation of the Indigenous Land Maueteque (Mawetek), located in the Municipality of Eirunepé, State of the Amazonas.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and having in view of art. 19, § 1º, of Law No. 6,001 of December 19, 1973, and the art. 5º of Decree No 1,775 of January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is homologated to administrative demarcation, promoted by the Indian-FUNAI National Foundation, of Indigenous land intended for the permanent possession of the Canamari Indigenous group (Kanamari), hereinafter described: the Earth Indigenous named Maueteque (Mawetek), with surface of one hundred and fifteen thousand, four hundred and two hectares, eighty-seven airs and eighty centials and perimeter of two hundred and fourteen thousand, seven hundred and sixty-two metres and twenty-two metres and twenty-fifties and twenty-fifties and twenty-fifties and twenty-fifties and twenty-fifties and twenty-fifties and twenty-fifties and twenty seven centimetres, situated in the Municipality of Eirunepé, in the State of the Amazonas, circumscribe the following limits: NORTH: departing from the Marco SAT MG-23 = MG-01, of geographical coordinates 06º37'05 ,5359 "S and 70º37' 34" WGr., situated on the left bank of an igarapé without denomination, follows by a straight line, with geodesic azimute and 77º36'19 "and 24,030.29 meter elipsóidica distance, up to Point P-16, from geographical coordinates 06º34' 19, 95" S and 70º24' 49, "92" WGr., located on the river's bedside Jutaizinho ; hence, it follows by this, downstream, up to Point P-03, of geographical coordinates 06º27' 50 ,58 "S and 70º01'32, 87" WGr., located in the confluence with the Igarapé Jacuba (of the Marco SAT MG-23 = MG-01 to Point P-03, confronts with Indigenous Land Vale of the Javari) ;
