I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 786, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship permission to CONTINENTAL COMMUNICATIONS LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Pontes and Lacerda, State of Mato Grosso.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 It gets approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 204 of April 3, 2006, which outorship permission to Continental Communications Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Pontes and Lacerda, State of Mato Grosso.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
