I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 552, DE 2003

Approves the act that authorizes the comev? radio community culture fm to run community broadcasting service in the city of Cabixi, Rondônia State.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 502 of August 24, 2001, which authorizes COMEV? Community Radio Culture FM to perform, by the ten-year period, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Cabixi, Rondônia State.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
