PROVISIONAL MEASURE # 53, OF July 11, 2002

Revoga the arts. 27, 28 and 29 of the Provisional Measure No. 51 of July 4, 2002, which has on the creation of Federal Police Guard and Officer Information Officer positions in the Federal Police Department's Personnel Framework, and of Direction and Senior Advisement within the Federal Public Administration.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 62 of the Constitution, adopts the following Interim Measure, with force of law:

Art. 1º Ficam revoked the arts. 27, 28 and 29 of Provisional Measure No. 51 of July 4, 2002.

Art. 2º This Provisional Measure comes into force on the date of its publication.
