I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Tion Viana, First Deputy Speaker of the Senate Federal, in the exercise of the Presidency, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 192, DE 2005

Approves the act that renews the concession of the RADIO BETWEEN RIVERS LTDA. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Palmyths, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, of June 27, 2002, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of February 21, 1998, the grant of Radio Between Rivers Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, average wave-broadcasting service in the city of Palmyths, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
