I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 501? DE 2002

Approves the act that authorizes the SERVIR? MINOR PROMOTION SERVICE to run community broadcasting service in the city of Januaria, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 51 of February 22, 2001, which authorizes the SERVIR? Minor's Promotion Service to perform, for three years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Januaria, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
