LEGISLATIVE DECREE

N ° 127, DE 2001

Approves the act that outorres permission to "Cooperative Communication System AM Productions and Events Ltda." to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the locality of AIIA varães, State of the Amazon,

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 ° It is hereby approved the act referred to in Portaria n ° 283 of December 4, 1998, which outorres permission to "System of Coaching Communication AM Productions and Events Ltda." to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, frequently modulated sound broadcasting service in the locality of Alvarães, State of Amazon zones.

Art. 2 ° This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
