I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I,Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 212, DE 2008

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION RADIO PEACE FM to run community broadcasting service in the city of Planaltina, State of Goiás.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 47 of January 19, 2007, which outorga authorization to the Community Radio Peace Association FM to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Planaltina, State of Goiás.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
