DECREE NO 4,221, DE May 9, 2002

Alters Annex I to Decree No. 4,120, 7 of February 2002, which has on the compatibility between the realization of revenue and the execution of the expenditure, on the budgetary and financial programming of the Executive Power for the financial year 2002, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the willing on the art caput. 8º of Supplementary Law No. 101 of May 4, 2000 and in the arts. 18 and 72 of Law No. 10,266 of July 24, 2001,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º The limits of movement and commitment of which it treats Annex I to Decree No. 4,120, 7 of February 2002, stay amplified in the form of the Attachment of this Decree.

Art. 2º This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
