DECREE NO 4,847, DE September 25, 2003.

Amend the Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, XII, XIII and XIV of the Decree No 4,591 of February 10, 2003, and gives other arrangements.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the office of President of the Republic, using the attribution that confers him on art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the willing on the art caput. 9th of Supplementary Law No. 101 of May 4, 2000 and at art. 66 of Law No. 10,524 of July 25, 2002,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, XII and XIII of the Decree No 4,591 of February 10, 2003, in their current essay, shall pass in the form of Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII and IX of this Decree, respectively.

Art. 2º The demonstration of the compatibility between the limits of movement and commitment and payments and the fulfilment of the primary surplus target set out in the Act No. 10,524 of July 25, 2002, of which it treats Annex XIV of the Decree No 4,591, of 2003, is listed in Annex X of this Decree, as a replacement to Annex X of the Decree No 4,708 of May 28, 2003.

Art. 3º The art. 7th of Decree No 4,591, 2003, passes vigorously with the following change:

a) R$ 142,273,000.00 (one hundred and forty-two million, two hundred and seventh and three thousand reais) in the case of Annexes I, II and III of this Decree ; and

b) R$ 554,730,000.00 (five hundred and fifty-four million, seven hundred and thirty thousand reais) in the case of Annexes IV, V, VI and VII of this Decree.

Art. 4º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
