DECREE OF December 27, 2013

Opens to the Budget of the Union Social Security, in favor of the Ministry of Social Welfare, supplementary credit worth R$ 519,000,000.00, for reinforcement of appropriations in the current Budget Law.

THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the authorization contained in art. 4º, caput, inciso X, paragraph "a", of Law No. 12,798 of April 4, 2013,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º It is open to the Union's Social Security Budget (Law No. 12,798 of April 4, 2013), in favor of the Ministry of Social Welfare, supplemental credit worth R$ 519,000,000.00 (five hundred and nineteen million reais), to meet the constant programming of Annex I.

Art. 2º The resources required for the opening of the credit that it treats art. 1º stem from partial cancellation of budget appropriations, as indicated in Annex II.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
