I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N ° - 39, DE 2012

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the GOIANINHA BROADCASTING ASSOCIATION FM to run community broadcasting service in the city of Goianinha, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 478 of May 21, 2010, which outorship authorization to the Goianinha FM Broadcasting Association to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Goianinha, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
