I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 221, DE 2003

Approves the act authorising the ASSOCIATION OF RESIDENTS OF THE BRAVE to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Serra Preta, Bahia state.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 482 of August 22, 2001 authorising the Association of Brave People of the Bravo, to be executed, by the ten-year period without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Serra Black, State of Bahia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
