I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 115, DE 2003

Approves the act that renews the grant of SOCIETY BROADCASTING ITAPUÍ LTDA. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Santo Antônio da Patrol, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 ° It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / n ° of June 25, 2001, which renews for ten years, as of 1 ° May 1994, the grant of the Itapuí Broadcasting Society Ltda. to explore, without a right to exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Santo Antônio da Patrol, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2 ° This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
