I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 265, DE 2011

Approves the act that outorship concession to BEAUTIFUL HORIZON CULTURAL FOUNDATION to perform broadcasting service of sounds and images in the city of Gold Preto, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, of February 27, 2002, which outorship to the Cultural Foundation of Belo Horizonte to perform, for fifteen years, without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service of sounds and images, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Gold Preto, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
