I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 50, DE 2005

Aproof the act that renews permission outored to RADIO VENICE PAULISTA LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Pereira Barreto, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 616 of October 24, 2001, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of October 5, 1994, the permission given to Radio Venice Paulista Ltda. to explore, without the right to exclusivity, sound broadcasting service at a modulated frequency in the city of Pereira Barreto, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
