I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 622, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY BROADCASTING ASSOCIATION NEW TIME to run community broadcasting service in the city of Santa Maria do Suaçuí, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 450 of August 17, 2007, which outorga authorization to the Community Broadcasting Association New Time to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Santa Maria do Suaçuí, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
