I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO-23, DE 2013

Approves the act that renews the concession outored to ITAMARATY RADIO LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in medium waves in the city of Piripiri, State of Piauí.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / para. of February 4, 2010, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of November 12, 2002, the concession awarded to the Itamaraty Radio Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in medium waves in the city of Piripiri, State of Piauí.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
