I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 70, DE 2004

Approves the act that renews the permission of the TV Serra Dourada Ltda. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Goiânia, State of Goiás.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 79 of July 12, 1999, which renews for ten years, as of January 24, 1997, the permission of the TV Serra Dourada Ltda., bestoned originally on the Musical Radio of Goiânia Ltda., to explore frequently modulated sound broadcasting service in the city of Goiânia, State of Goiás.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
