I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 40, DE 2003

Approves the act that outorship permission to the Amazon cable ltda. to explore sound radio broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Guajará-Mirim, Rondônia State.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 ° Stay approved the act referred to in Portaria n ° 735 of May 10, 2002, which outorship permission to the Amazon Cape Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, radio broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Guajará-Mirim, Rondônia State.

Art. 2 ° This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
