DECREE NO 6,632, DE November 5, 2008.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of Decree-Law no 9,853, of September 13, 1946,

DECRETA:

Art. 1o The Regulation of the Social Service of Trade-SESC, approved by the Decree no 61,836, of December 5, 1967, passes vigorously with the following essay:

Single Paragraph. In achieving the objectives set out in point (?l?, will be applied one-third of SESC's Net Compulsory Contribution Revenue in basic and continuing education or educational actions related to the other programs, with fifty per cent of that total will be part of the offer of gratuity intended for the commercials and their dependents and the students of low-income basic education.? u) draw up the standards of the offer of gratuity, to be approved by the National Council, and to lower the general standards for their application, taking into consideration the quality indicators, insertion of low-income trader and their dependents and of pupils or egresses of the public school, and operational efficiency, among others, observed the provisions of paragraph?a? of the art. 3o.? i) to present, annually, by means of work programme, their offer of free of charge, depending on the provisions of the single paragraph of the art. 3o, observing the specific standards dispatched by the National Council.? (NR)

?Art. 31. Compulsory contributions, outward in law, in favour of SESC, will be credited to Regional Administrations, in the proportion of eighty per cent on the amounts raised in the respective territorial bases, deducted from two per cent for cost of collection expenses.

§ 1o Caberá à AN twenty per cent of the said contributions, deducted the remainder of the fundraising expenses.

§ 2o For the effects of the provisions in the single paragraph of the art. 3o, is understood as Net Compulsory Contribution Revenue of the SESC to Gross Compulsory Revenue, deducted the contribution to CNC, provided for in § 1the of the art. 32, to the Federations that it treats the caputof art 33 and the remuneration due to the organ collector.? § 3the Caberá à AN meet the willing in the single paragraph of the art. 3o, committing up to one-third of its Net Compulsory Contribution Revenue.

§ 5o The grants provided for in the points (?a? e?b? of § 2o of the art. 32 integrate the amount of resources earmarked by AN to the custer under the single paragraph of the art. 3o, as per criteria fixed by CN.? (NR)

§ 1o Caberá at the AA.RR. meet the provisions in the single paragraph of art 3o, committing up to a third of its Net Compulsory Contributions Revenue, as per the criteria set by CN.

§ 2o The Contribution of Contributions Net Compulsory Ratios of the AA.RR. will be eighty per cent of Gross Compulsory Collection, deducted the contribution to Federations that it treats thecaput of the art. 33 and the commission due to the organ collector.? (NR)

Art. 2o The Regulation of the Social Service of Trade-SESC, approved by the Decree no 61,836, of 1967, passes the vigorous effect of the following articles:

?Art. 33-A. In the annual amount of the SESC Net Compulsory Contribution Revenue applied by the AN and the AA.RR in the offer of gratuity referred to in the single paragraph of the art. 3o, will be computed the resources required at direct and indirect custi, management and investments.? (NR)

?Art. 51. In order to achieve the goals set out in the single paragraph of art. 3o, the following graduality should be obeyed:

I-year 2009: ten per cent ;

II-in the year 2010: fifteen per cent ;

III-in the year 2011: twenty per cent ;

IV-in the year 2012: twenty five per hundred ;

V-in the year 2013: thirty per cent ; and

VI-in the year 2014: thirty-three whole and thirty-three hundredths per cent.

Single Paragraph. Of the percentage that it treats this article, the half will be intended for the offer of free.? (NR)

?Art. 52. The percent of resources earmarked for the AA.RR. for free offer, provided for in § 1the of the art. 33, is expected to be reached in 2014, starting in 2009, as a graduality to be fixed by CN.? (NR)

Art. 3o This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
