I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 151, DE 2003

Aproof the act that renews the grant of Radio Universe Ltda. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of São Bernardo do Campo, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 ° It is hereby approved the act referred to in the Decree of December 28, 1998, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of 1 ° May 1994, the grant of Radio Universe Ltda., to explore, without a right of exclusivity, service of medium-wave noise broadcasting in the city of São Bernardo do Campo, State of São Paulo.

Single Paragraph. The outorga was originally defunct as permission to the Radio Capivari Society Ltda., authorized to change its social denomination for Radio Independence Society Ltda. and transferred to the Radio Journal of Greater ABC Ltda. In consequence of the latter's spinoff, which resulted in the formation of two new societies, the Television Journal of the Greater ABC S/C Ltda. and Continental Radio S.A., the concession was transferred to Continental Radio S.A., which at the time of the expedition of the transfer act had already altered its societal type for society by limited liability quotas and its denomination social for Radio Universe Ltda.

Art. 2 ° This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
