I make it know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Senate Federal, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 03, DE 2009

Aproof the act that renews the concession outored to RADIO EDUCATOR OF TWO NEIGHBORS LTDA. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Two Neighbours, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The act referred to in Decree s / # of December 6, 2006, which is hereby approved, shall be approved. renews for 10 (ten) years, as of October 6, 2005, the concession given to the Radio Educator of Two Vizier Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Two Neighbours, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
