I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 380, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship permission to EXTRA BROADCASTING LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Maché, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 163 of April 3, 2006, which outorga permission for Extra Broadcasting Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Maché, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
