I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 845, DE 2004

Approves the act that renews the grant of PIRATININGA RADIO OF ARE JOÃO DA GOOD VISTA LTDA. to explore medium wave sound broadcasting service in the city of São João da Boa Vista, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / # of June 25, 2001, which renews, as of 1º May 1994, the grant of the Radio Piratininga of Saint John of Boa Vista Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of São João da Boa Vista, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
