DECREE OF November 20, 2003

Opens the Union Fiscal Budget, in favor of the Ministries of National Integration and Finance, supplementary credit at the global value of R$ 47,718,000.00, for reinforcement of appropriations earmarked in the current Budget Law.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the constant authorisation of art. 4 o, incisos III, point "c", and VI, of Law n o 10,640 of January 14, 2003,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is open to the Union Fiscal Budget (Law No. 10,640 of January 14, 2003), in favor of the Ministries of National Integration and Finance, supplementary credit at the global value of R$ 47,718,000.00 (forty-seven million, seven hundred and eighteen thousand reais), to meet the schedules listed in Annex I of this Decree.

Art. 2º The resources required for the execution of the art. 1º will result in partial cancellation of budget appropriations as indicated in Annex II of this Decree.

Art. 3º The demonstration that it treats the art caput. 4º of Law n o 10,640, 2003, is listed in Annex III of this Decree.

Art. 4º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
