I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I,Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 316, DE 2008

Aproof the act that renews permission outored to RADIO CAFÉ LONDRINA LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Londrina, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1ºIt is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 862 of October 27. 2006, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of April 29, 2000, the permission given to Radio Londrina Ltda Radio. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service at a modulated frequency in the city of Londrina, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
