I make it know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Senate Federal, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 402, DE 2007

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the ASSOCIATION AND COMMUNITY MOVEMENT RADIO LAJE FM to perform community broadcasting service in the city of São José da Laje, State of Alagoas.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 324 of July 5, 2006, which outored authorization to the Association and Community Movement Radio Laje FM to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of São José da Laje, State of Alagoas.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
