DECREE NO 5,807, DE June 19, 2006.

Disposes on the creation of the Embassy of the Brazil in the Republic of Botswana, with headquarters in Gaborone.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the willing in the arts. 27, inciso XIX, and 50 of Law No. 10,683 of May 28, 2003,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is created the Embassy of Brazil in the Republic of Botswana, with headquarters in Gaborone.

Art. 2º It is revoked the inciso XXIX of the art. 1º of Decree No 5,073 of May 10, 2004.

Art. 3º This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
