I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No.232, DE 2011

Approves the act that outorship permission to CEBELWAM COMMUNICATION AND CONSULTANCY LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the town of Miguel Alves, State of Piauí.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 624 of September 21, 2006, which outorship permission to Cebelwam Communication and Consulting Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, frequently modulated sound broadcasting service in the city of Miguel Alves, State of Piauí.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
