I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 708, DE 2004

Approves the act that renews the concession of the NEWSPAPER RADIO OF THE CITY LTDA. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Salvador, Bahia State.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The act referred to in Decree s / # of September 15, 2000, which renews, from 1º November 1993, the grant of Radio Journal of the City Ltda, shall be approved. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Salvador, State of Bahia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
