Fixed custodial Official-General positions of Aeronautics in peacetime, and gives other arrangements

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the office of President of the Republic, using the assignments that confers him on art. 84, inciso VI, paragraph "a", of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 46 of Decree-Law No. 200 of February 25, 1967,

DECRETA:

Art. 1 ° Are Aeronautical Officer General's deprivation, in peacetime, the following posts:

I-Table of Aviator Officers:

a) from the rank of Lieutenant-Brigadier:

Art. 2 ° In special cases of convenience for the service, at the discretion of the Aeronautical Commander, the newly promoted Major-Brigadier-Brigadier may remain in the exercise of private office of the previous post, for period not exceeding eight months.

Art. 3 ° Official appointments-Generals for the posts provided for in this Decree will be made upon act of the President of the Republic, respected the limits laid down in law for Aeronautics' effectives.

Art. 4 The posts of military nature, Officer-General deprivation, in strange organs to the Aeronautical Command, will be regulated in specific legislation.

Art. 5 ° This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.

Art. 6 ° Stay revoked the Decrees of November 24, 1999 and December 27, 2001, which set the private offices of Aeronautics General Officer General in peacetime.
