I do know that the NATIONAL CONGRESS has approved, and I, ANTONIO CARLOS MAGALHÃES, PRESIDENT of the FEDERAL SENATE, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

DECREE legislation 206, 2000

Approves the act that authorizes the Government of the State of Acre, through the?Foundation of Culture and Communication Elias Mansour?, to perform sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Xapuri, State of Acre.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

Decreta:

Art. 1º Is it approved act as referred to in Portaria No. 134 of August 26, 1999 authorizing the Government of the State of Acre through the Act?Foundation of Culture and Communication Elias Mansour?, to be executed, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Xapuri, State of Acre.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
